Welcome to Pleasant Hill High School Athletic Registration
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You will be required to register and create a family account where you will be able to register multiple students. Athletic fees from previous seasons must be paid prior to participation. Current athletic fee must be paid in full before the first game/competition. Payments will only be accepted in the high school office.
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination form downloaded for the Athletic Trainer’s review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. Physicals are valid for 2 years. Once you have registered, the HS will upload current physicals to the new registration system. If you do not have a current physical you may download the form and take to your primary care physician.
